The bailout contains the following text:
"Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."
This is not acceptable. Period! The Bush administration seems hell bent to destroy all the checks and balances afforded to us in the Constitution. Call everyone you know ASAP!
